Service Description

Our workforce has changed. The expectations of both customer and customer services representative are equally matched. Part I of this session is one day 4-hour in person course and is an introduction to the mental, physical and spiritual response to true service. Attendees perspective of service will never be the same after this experience. Agents become better agents of themselves and more sensitive to the needs of their customers. A great prescreening tools for employers and a great skill set to add to polish your resume to become more marketable. Perfect skill and experience for returning to the workforce or to build and expand employment opportunities. Part I of the course is available 2 times per month. Must complete part 1 and 2 to earn a certificate of endorsement. Potential employment referrals for attendees with endorsed certificates.
