Your Inspired Journey (YIJ) recognizes the special journey of the clients for Michigan Rehabilitation Services. We are eager help support and bridge the service gaps and existing offerings that bring clients closer to success in ways that truly matter. YIJ is a person-centered organization building opportunities for positive exploration that lead to health working adults and healthy supportive families. Our Theory of Change Framework is applied to all aspects of our work. This methodology is a foundation of safe spaces for youth and young adults to explore, overcome and/or mitigate barriers, plan and implement practical the steps toward personal goals and moving into workchoice.
